Return and refund policy
Thanks for shopping at Candles4planet. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products and support our mission. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.
All of our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, used candles can’t be returned or refunded unless agreed otherwise.

Please provide us with photographic proof of damage, description of the situation and proof of purchase. Send this information to us within 14 days of delivery. We will answer to your inquiry within 48 hours (weekends and bank holidays excluded). We will find a suitable solution on case by case basis. The process continues by either sending you a new corresponding product, refunding partially/fully the purchase price or asking to send the product back to us for further investigation.
Cancellation of order:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Conditions: The product and its original packaging has to be unused and undamaged. Cancelled order has to be shipped back to us on customers expense and risk to:

We check that previously mentioned conditions are met, after receiving the cancelled shipment. Then we credit the funds back to buyers account (funds are credited in approx. 2 weeks since receiving the products to our warehouse in case of accepted cancellation).
Other important aspects:
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Allow up to 2 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your account via the original payment method.
Products given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Please note that a full refund or exchange will not be provided for goods that show sings of unreasonable use. If you return an item please retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for damaged or missing goods.
We hope you understand that as a small independantly run business we have to verify claims to protect ourselves, but equally that we will do our upmost to resolve any and all genuine cases.
